Benjamin Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology now known as Franklin Cummings Tech has a limited number of spaces available for use by outside organizations for meetings and small events on a first-come, first-served basis.
Some spaces on campus can also be rented for commercial photo or movie projects, subject to availability. In addition to their soaring lobby and historic auditorium, the campus features a full-service auto repair center, an optical shop, an advanced manufacturing and machining center, and a variety of other state-of-the-art lab settings and classroom spaces.
